Beautiful hand made small bowl, in a rustic folk art style. Perfect for use as a trinket dish, or in the kitchen. This particular method of decoration is called sgraffito, where an image is created by carving through a layer of underglaze to reveal the color of the clay below. White clay with turquoise blue underglaze.
All items are made by hand, by me, from start to finish. As with all handmade items, slight irregularities in size, shape, and color are to be expected, and serve only to enhance the unique beauty of each piece. No two pieces are exactly alike!
